Administration & governance

Concordia University is led by its president, provost and vice-presidents. The administration is overseen by the Board of Governors and its highest academic body, the Senate. The Chancellor is a non-voting observer at the Board of Governors.

University governance

The Board and Senate Administration has as its primary function to manage the effective operation of Senate, the University's highest academic body, and the Board of Governors, Concordia's highest governing body, as well as their standing committees. It serves as a link between Board members and the University community.
