Our areas collectively aim to deliver top-quality, superior service to meet the needs of all Concordians. Our work also supports the university’s academic mission and its vision to become one of the leading comprehensive universities in the country.

List of key units
The Services sector comprises six units that support and respond to the needs of students, faculty and staff.
Plans and manages the Services sector budget and oversees the university’s retail operations, such as food and beverage services, dining and residence meal plans, event planning, campus lockers, parking, and automated-teller machines. Ensures the Concordia community benefits from educational pricing on computer hardware and software, supplies and print services.
Executive Director, Budget Planning & Business Development: Sabrina Lavoie

Promotes a healthy and sustainable work environment for all Concordians. Staff members are experts in injury prevention, industrial hygiene, hazardous materials management, fire prevention and sustainability.
Director, Environmental Health and Safety: Pietro Gasparrini
Handles all aspects of building management on campus including planning, real estate development, design and construction, engineering, property management and operations, leasing, distribution, transportation and mail services.
Associate Vice-President, Facilities Management: Marie-Claude Lavoie
Supports the faculty and staff in their work at the university by providing programs that encourage development and engagement as well as services that help recruit, develop, renew, engage and retain the talented Concordia workforce.
Associate Vice-President, Human Resources: Carolina Willsher
Provides technology and communications services to students, faculty and staff. Ensures wireless internet access on campus, designs and implements web applications for student communications, offers audio-visual equipment rentals and manages messaging and the Service Desk.
