Budget Planning & Business Development

Under the direction of the Office of the VP Services and Sustainability (VPSS), the Budget Planning and Business Development area is responsible for all auxiliary services on campus, namely Residence LifeHospitality and Business Services. It also oversees the VPSS sector's budget.

The Print Store has launched a new site for faculty and staff to simplify internal purchases of print products and official Concordia stationery. Authorized users can easily order posters, flyers, bookmarks, business cards, Concordia stationery, and much more!

Our focus on sustainability

Sustainability drives our business decisions. We reduce and eliminate waste, support fair trade, prioritize local businesses and collaborate with entrepreneurs to advance social initiatives. This includes:

  • Food recovery program in partnership with Tablée des chefs
  • Event sustainability guide and accreditation program for all events held on campus
  • 37% of Concordia Food Services food purchases are local or sustainable
  • 90% of coffee, tea and chocolate served on campus is Fairtrade certified
  • 160 secured parking spots for bicycles are offered on campus with plans to offer more soon
  • 12 electric vehicle-charging stations
  • 100% of the paper used in the DPrint devices is FSC-certified
