RATES & MEAL PLAN

A bright cozy furnished bedroom in the Grey Nuns residence with a large window

Room rates

All residents will have their own room for the 2021–2022 academic year, as part of our plan to keep you safe. You'll be sharing washroom facilities with a maximum of three other people.

Each room has a bed, bedside table, desk, chair lamp, small fridge, wardrobe and a bookcase.

You'll specify your preferred room location, size and type when you apply. We'll keep in mind your preferences when we assign rooms but we may or may not be able to offer you your first choice.

Budget separately for the mandatory meal plan, payable in full when you accept your room offer. Please note that prices are subject to change.

A note about room types: This year, we are converting some of our double rooms into large singles, meaning they are single-occupancy, but with extra furniture.

You'll have access to laundry facilities, which you'll pay for using a rechargable laundry card, and free Wi-Fi throughout the residence.
