Room rates
You'll specify your preferred residence location and room type when you apply. We'll keep in mind your preferences when we assign rooms but we may or may not be able to offer you your first choice.
We do not offer tours or visits to our buildings outside of the open house events. Rooms are leased sight unseen. We do have a photo gallery and we also host a madatory information session to answer all of your housing questions before the move in.

Meal plan
Our dining halls offer healthy, delicious meals cooked from scratch using local and sustainable ingredients. You will find a wide variety of options to meet different tastes and dietary needs, including plant-based, gluten and lactose-free as well as halal foods.
Please note that the dining halls are not nut-free.
The meal plan is mandatory in all of our residences.
You'll pay the meal plan costs in two installments that will be charged directly to your student account. The full cost is $6,525
The first installment will be charged during the summer before you arrive in Residence. The second installment will be applied to your student account for the winter session. You will be notified before the charges are applied.
