Concordia Residence Life is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate role models to be resident assistants (RAs).
Responsibilities
Each Resident Assistant is a full-time Concordia student who lives in residence and is responsible for overseeing a section of students.
The primary responsibility of the RA is to help foster a safe and welcoming community in residence through creative and educational programming and support each resident in achieving their academic, social, and personal goals.
RAs work on a team, under the supervision of a manager as part of the Residence Life department. RAs are offered a variety of training and professional development opportunities throughout their year in Residence.
