Are you looking to develop and enhance your leadership skills through meaningful employment? Hoping to make a lasting difference at Concordia? The Residence Life team hires dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate role models to be resident assistants (RA's).
As resident assistant, you are a full-time Concordia student who lives on campus to oversee a section of students. Want to help first-year students connect with their Concordia community and support them in their growth as they transition to university life.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- helping foster a safe and welcoming community
- designing and running creative and educational programming
- encouraging each resident in achieving their academic, social, and personal goals
You will work under the supervision of a manager as part of the Residence Life team and benefit from a variety of training and professional development opportunities. You will also agree to abide by the code of community living.
