Help first-year students make the transition to university life

A Resident Assistant is a full-time Concordia student who lives in residence and works to facilitate the growth and development of the residence community. Residence Life is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate role models to be Resident Assistants (RAs) for the 2021-22 academic year.

In overseeing a group of students, you'll help each one achieve their academic, social, and personal goals through creative and educational programming.

You are also responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and welcoming community, alongside other RAs, under the supervision of a manager, and as part of the Residence Life team.

What it pays: Compensation is $15 per hour, less applicable deductions including those for room and board (as per labour standards). You'll benefit from a variety of training and professional development throughout your year in residence. 

The position runs from August 16, 2021 to move-out period in May 2022. You'll need to be available to stay in residence up to and including December 23, 2021 and be back from the winter break by January 2, 2022. (Dates are subject to change.)
