The 2025 ELIA Leadership Symposium, hosted by HEAD – Genève (Geneva University of Art and Design, HES-SO) in Switzerland, explores the theme: how can we harness the transformative power of collective intelligence?

Participants will examine how to build community cohesion, foster meaningful change, and navigate societal challenges through collaborative systems, shared knowledge, and collective action.

Learn about Concordia faculty-led field schools and how to develop your own. Field schools programs mobilize students, and offer experiential, transformative learning experiences within the structure of a Concordia course.

Academic visitors are either faculty members or students from other institutions whom Concordia faculty members have invited to campus to conduct collaborative research. In some cases, they may also come from other organizations, but they should be attached to other higher education institutions.
