To be eligible to participate in the NEOMA Business School Sport Federation and Major Events Management Program you must meet the following criteria.
Full-time, with mandatory social events organised as extra curricular activities.

Permission to take courses is granted by John Molson. Courses taken without John Molson’s approval will not be transferred to Concordia. All courses taken abroad must pertain to a student’s degree program requirements. Students must complete prerequisite courses prior to departure.
Students must take their courses in pairs, as outlined below:
Host institution program fee: €1100.00 administrative fees to be paid to NEOMA. These fees include
Concordia tuition: 6 credits of Concordia tuition to be paid to Concordia University. Get an estimate of tuition fees.
Additional expenses: Students are responsible for paying for their own accommodations, transportation costs to/from Reims, France, health insurance coverage, meals, and the costs of any immigration document including PCR test, if required.
Quebec Mobility Bursary: Concordia International offers a bursary of $1500 CDN to students who qualify. Please note that the above-mentioned bursary cannot be combined with any other mobility scholarship, mobility bursary or mobility award. For summer 2023, the program will take place at the Reims campus. NEOMA has pre-selected a number of hotels with convenient access to the campus. Of course, students are free to choose their own accommodation. Students must confirm their housing option before June 1st, 2023 (at the latest, earlier confirmation is appreciated).
