Faubourg Building heat pump upgrades
New units replaced aging equipment and improved year-round comfort for users.

Overview
Beginning April 1, 2025, several heat pumps were installed in the Faubourg (FB) Building, replacing units that were no longer functional or had exceeded their lifespan. To minimize disruptions, work in key corridors and high-traffic areas took place early in the morning or at night. Tenants whose heat pumps were replaced during work hours had already been notified.
Upgrading the existing units enhanced comfort for building tenants and visitors. Installations affected floors 1 to 5, as well as 7, 10 and 11.
