Description
Launched in 2016, the Quebec-Cuba Bilateral Cooperation Award aims at developing relations between Quebec and Cuba. Including: promoting bilateral institutional exchanges; encouraging the sharing of expertise and the development of sustainable partnerships; disseminating knowledge; fostering a better understanding between the two societies; and increasing the international mobility of workers, researchers, entrepreneurs, artists and students.
