Description
This grant is aimed at:
- strengthening cooperation between Quebec and Côte d'Ivoire
- increasing the international mobility of workers, youth, researchers, entrepreneurs, artists and students;
- encouraging the sharing of expertise and the establishment of long-lasting institutional between Quebec and Ivorian organizations.
Priority areas include:
- education and professional and technical capacity building;
- economic and social participation of women and youth;
- digital creativity;
- culture.
