6	credits chosen from: • ENGL 3420 Studies in Creative Writing: Prose Fiction (3.00) • ENGL 3480 Studies in Creative Writing: Poetry (3.00) • ENGL 3840 Studies in Creative Writing: Playwriting (3.00)
6	credits chosen from any of the following English course groups (excluding ENGL 224 and all Creative Writing workshops): 200-level English Literature Electives Periods before 1800 (British) Literature 19th-Century and 20th-Century (British and European) Literature Canadian Literature American Literature Indigenous Literature Literary Theory or History of Criticism Postcolonial Literature
