Concordia Student Exchange Program (CSEP) applications are only reviewed and evaluated after the deadline. It takes approximately one month after the Concordia Student Exchange Program (CSEP) application deadline for your application to be reviewed and evaluated. Once a decision has been made regarding your application, this information will be updated on your Concordia International Mobility Portal.
If you have been accepted to participate in the CSEP program, your placement notice will appear in the “Your Placement Offers” section of your mobility portal. For information on how to accept your placement, please read the “Accept Your Offer” section of the CSEP Mobility Portal web page.
Students who have not been accepted to participate in the program will be notified in writing either by their faculty or by Concordia International.
