Rebecca Dick

Rebecca is a Client Implementation Lead at Planned, where she manages complex client onboarding and supports the delivery of large-scale corporate travel and event programs. Her background is rooted in event coordination, program management, and operations, with experience managing complex projects across both the private and public sectors. Rebecca has worked on everything from hands-on event execution to improving systems and processes behind the scenes. So far, her career has reflected a consistent focus on turning complex projects into well-run, practical outcomes through thoughtful planning and clear communication.

Rebecca credits the Department of Applied Human Sciences and the incredible faculty with building her confidence and helping her develop the organizational skills needed to take on complex work. The program taught her how to break down large projects, manage competing priorities, have strong communication, and push for impactful results.
