Nicolas Lebrun

Nicolas Lebrun is a writer, editor and filmmaker from Montreal, QC. His filmmaking interests are divided between a few different strands, all of which share a focus on creating films with a strong unity between form and content. In 2022 he formed a production company with storyteller Tom Giles to stage Giles' live translations of ancient oral stories. In 2024, they premiered their first original work, The Death of Homer, at the Montreal Fringe Festival. This show will serve as the basis for Lebrun's thesis project.
