Alexandre Haldemann
Alexandre Haldemann is a director and multidisciplinary artist. After completing his Bachelor's degree in Film at HEAD - Geneva, he received the Hans Wilsdorf Prize in 2021. Aside of directing he works in editing, color grading, and creates musical soundscapes that combine ambient music and field recordings. His filmography includes Um Tordo Batendo As Asas Contra O Vento (Locarno 2020, Thessaloniki 2020) and Pro Libertate Et Foedere (Winterthur 2021). From 2020 until 2023, Alexandre has worked as a cameraman and an editor for Radio Télévision Suisse (RTS). In 2022, he made the portrait of Fredi M. Murer for his honorary award at the Swiss Film Awards. During the 2022-2023 season, Alexandre joined the residency program for performing arts at L’Abri-Genève.
