Concordia Customer Relationship Management software - go.concordia.ca - is an online portal for prospective students. Prospects can register for campus tours, browse events, book an appointment with select staff members and sign up to receive tailored content (admissions, important dates and events happening on- and off-campus). Users can access the CRM using their Netname account or social media log-in credentials. Authorized staff users can set up appointments, create events and send out personalized communications.

The Concordia Curriculum Management System (CCMS) is a web-based curriculum submission tool that Departments and Faculties/Schools use to submit their curriculum proposals through the approval process. The CCMS allows users to revise their dossiers as they are presented throughout the process, and proposals are retained in a database management system. The CCMS requires users to complete training prior to being granted access. Once granted access, users may log into the CCMS using their Concordia netname and password. ​

The Concordia mobile app connects you to campus no matter where you are. Designed to enhance your student experience, this free app gives you access to personal information (such as your class schedule, grades and account balance) and helpful content (such as campus maps, shuttle bus schedule and tracker, safety info, directories, library services, important dates and more).

Concordia University provides wireless networking for all of its currently active faculty, staff, and registered students.

Records Management and Archives (RMA) has set up a SharePoint Service to host Concordia's Document Repository (CONDOR). CONDOR is the service hosted on SharePoint which provides common navigational structure, look, and feel, and search across associated sites to which you have access.

ConneXions is a career portal which allows JMSB students and alumni to search and apply to job postings, manage and track applications, register for events, and access various career resources provided by the JMSB Career Management Services (CMS).

Concordia provides its faculty, staff, and business units a cookie management tool to comply with Quebec’s Law 25. The tool will scan your site and determine whether there are any cookies (first-party or third-party) present. For any site that is determined to have cookies, we provide a cookie banner to notify the user of its presence and give them the option to opt-in or opt-out. Our IT team will provide instructions and assist in installing the cookie banner so that you are in compliance. Once the cookie banner is installed, any future updates are managed centrally by IITS and rolled out organization wide.

Course registration is an online system allowing undergraduate, graduate, Continuing Education, and Grad Pro Skills students to add, drop, swap, and wait list classes. The University’s subscription to the Microsoft Campus Agreement provides a membership to the Microsoft Azure Dev Tools for Teaching. Students who have activated their Concordia student email account are eligible to download Office 365 ProPlus Suite and install it on up to 5 devices. The programs included in ProPlus Suite vary depending on your device’s operating system. On a PC computer, the suite includes the latest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Lync and InfoPath. On a Mac computer, the latest versions of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word are included. Students may also store up to 1TB of data on OneDrive.

Microsoft OneNote is a note-taking program for free-form information gathering and multi-user collaboration. It gathers users' notes, drawings, screen clippings, and audio commentaries. Notes can be shared with other OneNote users over the Internet or a network.

Undergraduate students enrolled in select courses within the Department of Mathematics & Statistics are eligible to use the online homework systems - WeBWorK and MyMathLab. These systems are designed to give students immediate feedback on submitted responses and homework assignments.

The online payment requisition form is used to issue payments to individuals who are not registered vendors or external organizations who cannot invoice the university directly

SentinelOne is an advanced anti-malware program which uses the behavior of malware in addition to file signatures to detect and protect against executable and file-less based malware/ransomware, browser and document exploits, scripts, and credential/memory scrapers. SentinelOne must be installed on any computers owned by the Concordia university.
