If you have both a staff and student account, make sure you sign in with the correct account depending on the files and services you need to access. To access work-related files and services, use your staff account credentials.

If you use Microsoft 365 applications in the cloud, it is recommended that you use separate web browsers, or a private/incognito window, to avoid sign-in conflicts between your student and staff accounts.
