AV equipment consultation & implementation
Concordia offers consulting services to departments wishing to modify existing or add new audio-visual technology solutions. This service includes needs assessment, technology review, solution design, tender process support, and implementation activity coordination.
Who can use it?
Faculty and staff.
How much does it cost?
There is no cost associated with the consultation. The implementation is subject to financial approval.
How to get it
- Audio-visual consulting services are requested through the Service Desk webform. The form is to be completed with contact information and a detailed description of the request in the 'details' box. You will then be issued a ticket number via email, and an AV services coordinator will be in contact with you within 48 hours.
This service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
