LibCal (Cubicle Hoteling Pilot Program)

LibCal is an online solution which allows employees to easily and securely book office space on campus for departments participating in the cubicle hoteling pilot program.  

The application, which is highly customizable, will be piloted from August 2021 to May 2022 and is being tested to facilitate hybrid working environments.


Who can use it?

For 2021, it is available to employees in the following departments:

  • Facilities Management
  • Financial Services
  • District 3
  • Instructional and Information Technology Services (IITS)
  • University Communication Services (UCS)

As Concordia continues to adapt to a return to campus, LibCal will be reviewed for wider community use.

 

How much does it cost?

There is no cost associated with this service.

 

How to get it

  • To access LibCal, click this link or type into your browser: https://cubicles-cu.libcal.com
  • On the right-hand side of the screen there will be the option to book by building or to "Book a seat/space."​ Please be sure to only book spaces that are specific to your department or unit.
