Documentation

An Adobe Creative Cloud licence includes 100 GB of Adobe Document Cloud Storage for your Adobe files. This storage is available only while your Adobe license is active.
It is your responsibility to download and back up any files stored in Adobe Storage before your Adobe account becomes inactive. Adobe accounts become inactive when a Creative Cloud license is removed. Creative Cloud licenses are assigned based on operational needs and may be reassigned or reclaimed. Accounts also become inactive when employment or a research appointment at Concordia ends.
Once your account becomes inactive, you will no longer be able to access or download files stored in Adobe Storage. You will not receive a reminder to back up your files before access is removed and the files are permanently deleted.
Concordia University and Instructional and Information Technology Services (IITS) are not responsible for the loss or deletion of files stored in Adobe Storage.
