User & group file sharing - Faculty of Fine Arts

The Faculty of Fine Arts offers two types of file sharing: User file share & Department file share.

Concordia also offers:

- Students have access to a file share system called SharePoint with the Office 365 Education software package.

Overview

Fine Arts departments can request a CDA share which is provided with a user interface designed to be managed by a designated department administrator responsible for user access and folder management.  CDA provides need analysis,  initial training, file migration, and ongoing support services.

Fine Arts - department administrators.

How much does it cost?

There is no cost associated with this service.

How to get it

  • To request access, administrators can submit a ticket to the Service Desk.

Overview

Faculty and staff receive a home folder by default they can request an additional 5GB of file share space for special projects. Students are limited to one 5 GB file share.

Who can use it?

Fine Arts - faculty, staff, and students.

How much does it cost?

Students need to pay the CDA Membership Fee of $45 in advance for each term of use.
