Office 365 Education - students

Active Concordia students have access to Office 365 Education - a collection of services that allows you to collaborate and share your schoolwork.

The services are available for free and include an email address, Office online (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote), 1 TB of OneDrive storage, Yammer, and SharePoint sites.

The subscription also allows you to install the full suite of Office software on up to 5 computers and 5 mobile devices free of charge.

Active students enrolled in the current academic term.

How to get it?

The first step to enrolling for Office 365 Education is to obtain your Concordia email account.

  • To activate your student email account, visit the MyConcordia portal and select the Office 365 Student Email option from within the Accounts & Settings section.
  • Once your email account has been successfully activated, you can access the Office 365 login page using the following login credentials:
    • Enter on the main login page.
    • You will be redirected to the Concordia-specific login screen
    • Enter your netname and password (same as the MyConcordia portal) to log in.  

Note: The email account can be activated from within the MyConcordia portal and the creation process takes 2 business days to complete. Your email address will follow the standard format:
