Compatible browsers

If you are experiencing difficulty logging in to the portal, your internet browser may be the problem.

The following browsers are supported on Windows clients:

  • Mozilla Firefox (Version 17.0 and above)
  • Internet Explorer (Version 9.0 and above)
  • Google Chrome (Version 24.0 and above)

The following browsers are supported on Mac OS X clients:

  • Mozilla Firefox (Version 17.0 and above)
  • Google Chrome (Version 24.0 and above)
  • Safari (Version 6.0 and above)[PF1]

Please note that the portal will not prevent users from continuing their session if their browser or operating system is not supported. However, the listed browsers provide the best results based on the vendor's certification requirements.

e.g., Although the Linux OS client is not vendor certified, Firefox has been tested on Linux without noticeable issues.

We have found that Firefox provides the optimal experience for most clients across all operating systems.
