Raul Valverde is the Co-op academic director of the Supply Chain Management Operations and Business Technology Management programs and a Full Teaching Professor in Business Technology Management and Operations Management.

• Embedding operations management practices (process optimization, resource scheduling, throughput analysis) into ERPs.
