Biography

Xiao Huang is a Professor and the Concordia University Research Chair in Operations and Technology at the John Molson School of Business. Her research focuses on strategic interactions among supply chain members as well as data-driven and behavioural-driven decision-makings in supply chains. 


Huang's publications range from academic papers to practitioner articles and business cases. Her work has appeared in leading journals such as Management ScienceManufacturing & Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management and Marketing Science. She is presently on the editorial review board of Production and Operations Management


Huang has taught a wide array of courses at the undergraduate, master's and PhD levels, including supply chain management, sourcing and global logistics, business process management, pricing and revenue management, business analytics, and economic models in business research. 


Huang holds an M.Sc. and PhD from the University of Southern California, and 
a B. Eng. from Tsinghua University.
