Dr. Yunping Liang is Assistant Professor in Construction Engineering and Management at Concordia University. Liang’s research interests are at the intersections of Civil Engineering, Operations Research, Behavioral Economics, and Public Policy. Currently, Liang’s research focuses on economic and financial issues emerging from sustainable infrastructure development, with goals to enhance decision-making and to promote the economic, social, and environmental sustainability of infrastructure systems. Prior to joining Concordia, Dr. Liang worked with structural engineers, construction workers, superintendents, business consultants, and transportation agencies in US and China
