Biography

Valentina Primossi is a Full-Time Lecturer while finalizing her PhD in Digital Transformation and Innovation at the University of Ottawa. She specializes in consumer experience and service marketing, focusing her research on shedding light on overlooked marketplace experiences, particularly enhancing air travel experiences for marginalized consumers, such as people living with dementia and their travel companions. She employs innovative qualitative methods, including netnography, to explore consumer experiences shared in online communities. Committed to bridging theory and practice, she collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders to support meaningful, real-world impact.
