Biography   



Dr. Oppenheimer has research interests in the areas of human resource management, negotiation, conflict resolution and performance as they pertain to individuals, groups and organizations. These include the subjects of selection, training, organizational change and development, leadership, motivation, and organizational effectiveness. He has designed and conducted seminars, workshops, and conferences in numerous areas and has published articles on leadership, employee selection, motivation, performance, experiential learning designs and diagnosing training needs.
