About me

In 2007, I completed an M.Sc. at JMSB with a specialty in Consumer Psychology. Since then, I’ve held management positions in leading organizations in Consumer Packaged Goods (i.e., L’ORÉAL) and Omni-channel Retail (i.e., Browns). I’m also the founder of STEP, a marketing consulting practice that works with companies of all stages to scale digital marketing and e-commerce to drive profitable growth. Through these experiences, I’ve come to appreciate that business professionals and consumers first and foremost are human beings, and that understanding the psychology of why we buy and how we choose is key to succeeding in all areas of business.


As Lecturer at JMSB, my objective is to make learning about various topics in Business and in Marketing fun and engaging! I hope to do so by contextualizing theoretical material with practical applications and by sparking discussions supported by real experience from the trenches of industry. Ultimately, my goal is to equip the next set of JMSB business graduates with the tools and perspective to achieve their greatest potential and have a positive impact on business and on society.
