Biography
Biography
My name is Émile (he/him) and I study and teach labour geography, migration and urban platform economy. My research focuses on new forms of urban labour, digital technologies, migration and citizenship. I am interested in topics such as food delivery, taxi driving and trucking. I am affiliated with the Institute for Research on Migration and Society (IRMS) and Migrant Integration in the Mid-21st Century: Bridging Divides. I have a PhD in Human Geography from York University in Toronto, Canada. I also have an MSc in Geography from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a BSc in Environmental Geography at the Université de Montréal.
