Professional experience

Taught in the department since 1978 and has lectured at Ecole Nationale d'Administration in Kinshasa/Zaire, University of Toronto, and Universite de Montreal. Advisor to the Ministry of Planning, government of Kenya 1985-87; and consultant for the World Bank, UNDP, CIDA, USAID and the Reseau de politiques industrielles en Afrique de l'Ouest in various periods.
