Julia Rombough

Julia Rombough is an Associate Professor of History & Classics at Acadia University, Nova Scotia. She completed her BA Honours and MA in the Department of Religions and Cultures, and then received her PhD at the University of Toronto.

Her research examines histories of gender, women, the senses, and social experience in early modern Italy and the Mediterranean world. As a proud Concordia alumna, her current research focuses on many themes she first encountered during her studies in the Department of Religions and Cultures.
