Her career began with more than a decade at Global Television, where she served as Reporter, Senior Producer, and Associate News Director, honing her ability to translate complex ideas for broader audiences. Kate then spent five years as Director of Communications at the Institute for Research on Public Policy (IRPP), a non-partisan national think tank, before joining the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) Foundation as Associate Director of Communications.
