Biography
Dr. Lituchy has research interests in the areas of international management, decision making and cross-cultural negotiations. She has published in the Academy of Management Journal, Management Communications Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences, and the British Journal of Management.
She has presented numerous papers at national and international conferences of the Association for Japanese Business Studies, Academy of Management, International Congress of Applied Psychology, Pan Pacific Association, and International Association of Conflict Management and Association of International Business. Dr. Lituchy co-authored a book entitled, "Successful Professional Women of the Americas: From Polar Winds to Tropical Breezes". She is currently working on books on "Gender and the Dysfunctional Workplace" and "Management in Africa: Macro and Micro Perspectives”, the later research won an award from Emerald Publishing.
Recent grants include: Concordia University and University of the West Indies Grant to Aid Research Workshop on African Management and Leadership (2010); FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND INTERNATIONAL TRADE CANADA Grant for Canadian Commonwealth Exchange Program (2008-present); SSHRC strategic research grant on Cultural Mosaic; and SSHRC International Development Grant on African Leadership and Motivation (2007-2009).
