Joanna Donehower

Joanna Donehower is a theatre-maker and doctoral candidate in the Humanities program at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies in Society and Culture at Concordia, and artistic director of the Montréal-based bilingual theatre company Curiocité, a mobile theatre and performance research platform for the creation of local street performance.  Her research and teaching interests include interdisciplinary methods of theatrical production and collaboration, theatre and/as place-based pedagogy, urban dramaturgy and scenography, urban interventions and site-specific theatre, and feminist geography and writing practices. In the Theatre Department, she teaches PROD 211 (Introduction to Theatre Production).
