Biography

Brice C. Jones is a Ph.D. Candidate in Religion and part-time lecturer at Concordia University, Montréal. He holds a Master of Arts in Religion (M.A.R.) with a concentration in New Testament Studies from Yale University. His doctoral research analyzes various citations of the New Testament within Greek amulets from late antiquity that have hitherto been ignored within New Testament textual research. He is the author of
Matthean and Lukan Special Material: A Brief Introduction with Texts in Greek and English (Wipf and Stock, 2011). His research on ancient Greek and Coptic manuscripts has been published in major scholarly journals, such as Zeitschrift für Papyrologie und EpigraphikBulletin of the American Society of PapyrologistsArchiv für PapyrusforschungJournal of Coptic StudiesJournal of Biblical LiteratureNovum Testamentum, and New Testament Studies.
