Aaron Dresner

Biography   



Aaron Dresner received his Chemical Engineering and MBA degrees from McGill University. He started his career at Canadian International Paper and then spent 27 years with Bell Canada. His experience ranges from economic and operational analysis of company products and operations to development and implementation of human resource policies and practices.

He has directed projects contributing significantly to corporate profitability and from 1997-2002 led a team of human resource and health professionals in managing and improving company health and productivity. He currently consults in the area of corporate disability management and employee rehabilitation.

Professor Dresner teaches Comm 222 Organizational Behaviour and Theory, Mana 443 Compensation and Benefits, Mana 362 Introduction to Human Resource Management, GDBA 595C Human Resource Management, and Mana 695H (MBA) Human Resource Management.

Professor Dresner has also coached JMSB’s Human Resource (HR) case competition teams for the past five years. JMSB has established itself as an HR force to be reckoned with in provincial, national and international competitions.
