What we do

We work with faculty to design and develop online courses, provide training in online teaching and facilitation for the instructional team, and provide the technical support required.

In particular, we:

• Create and implement a high-level strategic plan for each faculty e-learning initiative.
• Work with subject matter experts to design, develop, and optimize instructional content for online delivery.
• Provide the specialized technological infrastructure required to deliver customized online courses to large volumes of learners.
• Empower instructors and facilitators on the use and management of educational technology.
• Train online instructors and share best practices and the latest research in the field of online learning.
• Provide technical and administrative support for the instructors and learners.
• Capitalize on lessons learned to improve online courses using learner analytics, evaluations and other tracking tools.
