Chosen your program?

Follow the department's application process

Find your program of interest for information about letters of intent, portfolios, interviews, auditions and specific deadline dates.

Program-specific requirements

Many Fine Arts programs have additional program-specific requirements. You may need to submit additional information to your application such as:

  • a portfolio
  • an audition video (or schedule an in-person audition)
  • letter of intent

Upload your portfolio/audition with Slideroom

Slideroom is the app that many departments use to view your portfolios, auditions and videos. Here are a few tips to consider:

  • You must apply online before submitting a portfolio to Slideroom; Slideroom will ask you for a valid Concordia ID.
  • If you are applying to more than one Studio Arts choice (e.g. Studio Arts and Photography), you must submit a separate portfolio for each choice.
  • If you are applying to more than one Fine Arts program (e.g. Intermedia and Design), you must submit a separate portfolio for each program; we do not share portfolios between departments.

Appointment or audition bookings

The following programs use a different app for appointment/audition bookings and/or to submit a portfolio online. Note, you must apply online before booking your audition; the app will ask you for a valid Concordia ID.

Please note there are no additional requirements for admission to the following programs:
