Patrick Brodie wins FRQSC Prix Relève étoile Paul-Gérin-Lajoie for research paper


Patrick Brodie — who recently defended his PhD in Film and Moving Image Studies at the Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema — has received the December 2020 FRQSC Prix Relève étoile Paul-Gérin-Lajoie for his research paper “Climate Extraction and Supply Chains of Data,” published in the peer reviewed journal Media, Culture and Society. The article has also been awarded a Concordia Stand-Out Graduate Research Award for Fall 2020.
