Concordia’s new Validation of Competencies Service is a bold new offering, designed to help meet society’s need for a skilled workforce, while ensuring individuals get the credible, accredited recognition they deserve.

CU at Home presents a series of 3 webinars to offer alumni a sneak-peek at the course content for the service's initial offering to validate leadership skills.

Tuesday, March 9, 2021

Lorenz Herfurth presents an exclusive first-look at Innovation and Problem Solving.

With the right skills you can be the type of leader and manager that today’s rapidly changing businesses so desperately need, one that thinks critically and looks at problems from different angles.

In this webinar participants will learn to:

  • Create a working environment that promotes critical thinking and fosters innovation;
  • Analyze complex problems with their team using appropriate problem-solving processes;
  • Apply idea-generation strategies and facilitation skills to encourage participation during team meetings.
