For many teams, the sudden shift to remote work has shaken group connection, communication and collaboration. Processes need to be rethought, accountability becomes unclear, meetings feel different on Zoom and we miss the proverbial water cooler. As a result, some teams are facing conflict, disconnection or confusion, even as they feel a greater need to come together and find solutions to emerging challenges.
Join Juniper Belshaw, MA 17, to explore the factors that influence team effectiveness and discover ways to nurture your team, even at a distance. In this participatory online workshop, using break out rooms, participants will:
• Explore the factors and practices that contribute to remote team effectiveness
• Assess their own team’s "current state" strengths and opportunities
• Create an action plan to help support and strengthen their own team
