The David Suzuki Foundation is a national environmental charity using science, creativity and community action to help nature thrive. Through the Rewilding Communities program, we restore habitat, empower volunteers and collaborate with artists to spark new ways of seeing and caring for the natural world. From the Butterflyway Project and Healing Forests to the Rewilding Arts Prize, we turn environmental action into something people can experience, create and share.
Context of the internship
Interns will help shape the future of the Rewilding Arts Prize, a national initiative at the intersection of art and environmental action. They may contribute to exhibitions, artist relationships, public programs, communications, research and events, while working with artists, curators and community partners across Canada. We encourage interns to bring their own creativity, ideas and perspectives to the work.
