Walk Montreal is a weekly summer outing led by International Students Office staff and Student Success Centre Mentors. Every week throughout the summer they bravely venture out with a group of curios and enthusiastic Montreal lovers to explore, taste, enjoy, and experience what our beautiful city has to offer.

Anyone can join the group; our rules of engagement are simple: be open to meeting new people from different cultures and be willing to make new friends. Walks will be about 2.5 – 3.5 hours in duration; distance will vary according to destination, however you should expect to walk a minimum of 5 km. By the way, we are not power walking – we will be walking at an easy, casual pace!

This week’s destination is the Old Port of Montreal. We will walk along the Clock Tower Quay and enjoy the views of the Old Port Marina and Jacques Cartier Bridge, and of course, grab an ice-cream or a BeaverTails tasty delight.
