Ezgi Ozyonum, a PhD candidate in the Educational Studies stream, was named one of Concordia’s 10 Public Scholars, a group of doctoral students who were selected to actively engage with the wider community and to share the significance of their doctoral research. “Ezgi's research brings critical and decolonial perspectives to the study and practice of internationalization and decolonization in higher education. Through her work, she seeks to interrupt common colonial patterns of education engagement.”  She is supervised by Dr. M. Ayaz Naseem, from the Educational Studies program.

Congratulations, Ezgi!
