Articulating the vision and mission of your organization is a crucial first step in developing powerful and aligned strategic and organizational plans. These statements help explain your group’s aspirations and mandates in a way that focuses your efforts and speaks to a variety of stakeholders.
Through whole and small group discussions, case studies, and practice, you will develop a vision and mission statement for an organization of which you are a part or would like to create. You will leave this session feeling enlightened and empowered in your leadership role.
