Alumni ID card

Show your alumni ID card to receive services and discounts at on-campus facilities and off-campus businesses.

How to get your card

Please read the information below carefully before sending necessary attachments by email to reception.alumni@concordia.ca:

Information we need

  • Name at graduation
  • Student ID number
  • Civic (apartment/home) mailing address
  • Daytime telephone number

Attachments to include

  1. A digital photo of yourself (headshot) in jpg format
  2. A scanned copy of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, health card, passport)

Your card will be mailed to you approximately 30 business days after our receipt of your email. We cannot complete the request if any information or attachments are missing. 

All Alumni ID card requests must be made by email.

Frequently asked questions

If you have completed at least 30 credits and have not been enrolled in courses for at least one year, you are considered an attendee: a non-graduate with full alumni privileges.

Simply attach a scanned copy of your transcript with your request.

While you automatically become a lifelong member of the Concordia University Alumni Association once you graduate, your free alumni ID card will expire every five years so that the university can keep in touch with you and to keep your ID photo up to date.
