System interruption: Friday, July 10 –  Monday, July 13 (inclusive).

Concordia’s IT department is performing maintenance starting at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2026, which will affect the following services:

  • Event registration
  • Online donations
  • Address / email updates

If you would like to make a donation to Concordia University, during this time, please email giving@concordia.ca or call 514-848-2424, ext. 3884, and a staff member from University Advancement will respond during regular business hours to provide assistance.

Service is expected to resume by Tuesday, July 14, at 8:30 a.m.

How to get your alumni status confirmation

To receive written confirmation of your alumni status, please complete the request form  after you have graduated from Concordia University.

All fields must be completed accurately.

Requests that are incomplete or contain inaccurate information will not be processed. The form should take no more than five minutes to complete.

All information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.

Your confirmation will be emailed to you approximately 10 business days after submitting the form. We cannot complete the request if any information is missing. 

Frequently asked questions

Yes, if you have completed at least 30 credits and have not been enrolled in courses for at least one year, you are considered an attendee: a non-graduate with full alumni privileges.

Your Concordia alumni status is lifelong and does not expire.

The five‑year expiry applies only to the alumni status confirmation letter. Renewing it helps us keep you informed about alumni news, events, and benefits.
