Join us for a three-day job fair connecting employers with students and recent grads from Concordia's Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science. Each day focuses on different programs, so you can target the talent that best fits your needs.

Register for one, two, or all three days — pricing is per day.

Daily participation cost

Fees before October 15, 2025:

  • Government organizations and non-profits: $550 + taxes 
  • Private companies: $750 + taxes 

Fees after October 15, 2025:

  • Government organizations and non-profits: $650 + taxes
  • Private companies: $850 + taxes

Your participation includes:

  • One table (6 feet x 30 inches) and two chairs. There is space for one or two pop-up/roll-up banners behind your table.
  • Access to electricity and internet
  • Coffee, tea and bites upon arrival
  • Boxed lunch for two representatives

Registrations are subject to approval. Third-party recruiters are not accepted.
