Cost
Before June 1, 2026:
- Government organizations/non-profits: $599 + taxes
- Private companies: $799 + taxes
After June 1, 2026:
- Government organizations/non-profits: $699 + taxes
- Private companies: $899 + taxes
What's included:
- One table (6 ft x 3 ft) and two chairs
Space for one or two pop-up/roll-up banners behind your table. - Access to electricity and internet
- Continental breakfast
- Lunch for up to two representatives, and coffee, tea and water.
Please contact us if you would like to purchase additional employee meals.
Registration
- Already have an employer account with CAPS? Register for the fair.
- To create an employer account, submit your information here. Once your account has been approved, you may register for the fair.
The registration deadline is October 1, 2026.
Registrations are subject to approval. Third-party recruiters are not accepted.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 10 days before the event to kristel.kabigting@concordia.ca.
