Focus Hours
Study better, together
What are Focus Hours?
Focus Hours are peer-supported study sessions designed to help you beat procrastination and stay on track.
Study independently alongside other students, with optional goal setting, accountability check-ins and timed study sprints.
How it works
Body doubling
Work independently alongside other students in a shared study environment. Research shows that being around others who are also working can help you stay motivated and on task.
Study sprints
Join optional timed study sessions using the Pomodoro method to break your work into focused periods with short breaks.
Goal setting and accountability
You can choose to check in with a peer leader to set goals for your study session and follow up for accountability. Peer leaders can also help you get unstuck if you're not sure where to start.
